Warm weather gives way to cloud and rain: Andalucia weekend weather forecast September 3-6
Temperatures will climb into the mid-30s across parts of Andalucia, but Saturday could bring cloud and muddy rain

The warm weather is set to continue across Andalucia over the next few days, although conditions will change towards the weekend.
Temperatures will reach 37°C in Ronda on Thursday, while other inland areas will also see highs in the mid-30s. From Saturday, temperatures will drop slightly in some inland areas as more cloud moves in and there is a chance of light, scattered rain.
Here is the daily breakdown for Andalucia from Thursday, September 3 to Sunday, September 6:
Thursday September 3
Thursday will be mostly clear across Andalucia, although there will be some cloud. There will also be mist and fog possible along the Mediterranean coast. Temperatures will reach 37°C in Ronda and 36°C in Antequera, while Málaga and Vélez-Málaga will both reach 31°C. Marbella will be slightly cooler at 30°C.
Winds will be light and variable, becoming easterly and occasionally moderate inland.
Friday September 4
Friday will be mostly clear, although there will again be some cloud and mist along the coast, with fog also possible in some areas. There will also be some suspended Saharan dust across the region.
Temperatures will remain high, with Ronda and Antequera both reaching 36°C. Málaga and Vélez-Málaga will reach 31°C, while Marbella will reach 29°C.
Winds will be light and variable, with some stronger winds possible during the afternoon.
Saturday September 5
Saturday will be a cloudier day, with a chance of light and scattered rain, particularly in the western parts of Andalucía. There is also a chance of muddy rain because of the dust in the air. Temperatures will fall slightly in some inland areas, with Antequera reaching 35°C and Ronda 34°C. Málaga, Marbella and Vélez-Málaga will all reach 33°C.
Winds will be light and variable and occasionally moderate, while moderate Levante winds are expected around the Strait of Gibraltar.
Sunday September 6
Sunday will bring a mix of cloud and sunshine, with some cloud in the eastern parts of Andalucia and a chance of occasional light rain. Elsewhere, skies will be mostly clear.
Temperatures will remain fairly similar, with Antequera and Ronda both reaching 35°C. Málaga will reach 32°C, while Marbella and Vélez-Málaga will both reach 33°C.
Winds will be light and variable, although moderate Levante winds will continue around the Strait of Gibraltar.
Overall, it looks like Andalucía is in for another warm few days, although the weather will become a little more unsettled towards the weekend.
So, it might be worth having the hoses at the ready, as any muddy rain could leave cars and outdoor surfaces in need of a good wash.
Minimum and maximum temperatures in Andalucia this week:

Thursday September 3: Min 22; Max 37°C
Friday September 4: Min 21; Max 36°C
Saturday September 5: Min 21; Max 35°C
Sunday September 6: Min 21; Max 35°C
