Planned cut to internet service at Condado de Alhama on April 29
The internet connectivity cut has been scheduled for a four-hour window in the wee hours of the morning to cause the least disruption possible
On Tuesday April 29 in the early hours of the morning, there will be no wifi or internet connection at the Condado de Alhama Resort due to “essential maintenance work” being carried out, according to the Board of Presidents.
“Recently we have had a number of internet outages due the electrical infrastructure which serves the internet telecommunications room located at the Al Kasar,” they said in a statement. “We are upgrading this electrical infrastructure to ensure more stability of the internet service provided to Condado residents and businesses.”
From 12.01am to 4am, the night between Monday and Tuesday, the power supply to the telecommunications room will be stopped to carry out the necessary work, resulting in the temporary loss of internet, Condado TV and phone services.
The outage will also affect the resort’s Security team and during this period they will also be without a landline telephone. To contact Security in case of emergency you can call from your mobile phone to the security mobile number or use WhatsApp on 0034 633 966 491.
